The MTU-TrainingCenter Friedrichshafen is just the agent between the guest and the hotel.
I know that a contract of accommodation is made as soon as I get a written confirmation of reservation. This contract obliges the partners (guest/hotel) to fufill it. Cancellations must be done as early as possible so that the hotel has got the possibility to relet the room. Otherwise the guest is liable for damages.
